Refund policy

NO RETURNS/REFUNDS

As all items are made to order, we cannot accept any returns nor will we offer refunds for orders. All orders are tested prior to shipping out to the customer to ensure they are compatible with the PSU selected by the customer. It is on the customer to select the correct power supply and to communicate with us if they are unsure. Always play on the safe side for the length of the cables, it is better to be too long than too short. 

For RUSH items, cancellation can be requested 24 hours after placing the order. The RUSH fee is non-refundable and can only be redeemed for store credit. The RUSH fee is there to skip the queue, if we process your order and then you cancel, that was time that could have been used for another customer.

For customers wanting to cancel their orders, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied after the first 72 hours. Customers can also choose to have this applied as store credit to their account instead and the credit will be applied for the full amount. Once wire has been cut for an order, there is no longer the option to cancel the order. This is in place to keep Bespoke Baka from wasting time and supplies that could have been used on another customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to notify immediately can result in claim being denied as shipping carriers have policies determining the time allowed to report damage claims.
